What is the process of getting started?

You can first request a free 15 minute phone consultation with me using this form. This is to see if we would be a good fit to work together. During the consultation, we will discuss what’s been going on for you and what you are needing out of therapy. If we are a good fit, we will then schedule an initial appointment and you will complete the online new client paperwork before our first session.
