The initial phone consultation is an opportunity for me to learn more about what you’re looking for in therapy and for you to ask any questions about me and my approach. This way, we will be able to determine if we are a good fit for therapy.

Every session following the intake session. This rate applies to adult counseling, adolescent counseling and/or EMDR sessions.
What does a sliding scale mean?
Sliding scale means that the fees for services are adjusted depending on an individual's ability to pay. There is no required paperwork, and I do not ask for proof of income/financial need. I trust what you tell me. Most of the time, prospective clients and I are able to find a fee we’re both comfortable with. Please don’t hesitate to ask more about this!
At this time, I do not accept insurance. However, you might have Out of Network benefits through your insurance! I can provide a Superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement.

Initial counseling session. In this session, I will orient you to therapy and review new client paperwork with you. We will talk about the concerns you’re coming in with and define your goals. For adolescents, at least 1 parent/legal guardian will need to be present during this appointment.
