initial consultation

free

10-15 minutes

The initial phone consultation is an opportunity for me to learn more about what you’re looking for in therapy and for you to ask any questions about me and my approach. This way, we will be able to determine if we are a good fit for therapy.

individual counseling session

$175

*sliding scale available

50 minutes

Every session following the intake session. This rate applies to adult counseling, adolescent counseling and/or EMDR sessions.

What does a sliding scale mean?

Sliding scale means that the fees for services are adjusted depending on your ability to pay. You do not need to do anything to qualify for this. I trust what you tell me. Most of the time, my clients and I are able to find a fee we’re both comfortable with. Please don’t hesitate to ask more about this!

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, the “No Surprises Act,” you have the right to receive a “good faith estimate” explaining how much your therapy services will cost. For more information about the Good Faith Estimate, please visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call HHS at 1-800-958-3059.

I am in network with Aetna. If I am not in network with your insurance, please know that you might still have Out of Network benefits. I can provide a Superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement.
