The initial phone consultation is an opportunity for me to learn more about what you’re looking for in therapy and for you to ask any questions about me and my approach. This way, we will be able to determine if we are a good fit for therapy.

Every session following the intake session. This rate applies to adult counseling, adolescent counseling and/or EMDR sessions.
What does a sliding scale mean?
Sliding scale means that the fees for services are adjusted depending on your ability to pay. You do not need to do anything to qualify for this.
My sliding scale spots are as follows: $150, $125, $100. Simply let me know the discount you are needing.
Is there any additional financial assistance?
Yes! Check out the following financial resources that you may qualify for:
-ATX Mental Health Fund - for anyone in need in Austin.
-The Loveland Foundation - for Black women or non-binary individuals.
I am happy to provide you with the documentation needed to apply to these programs.
Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance at this time. However, you may have Out of Network benefits, especially if you have a PPO plan. This means that you may only have to pay a portion of the rate.

Initial counseling session. In this session, I will orient you to therapy and review new client paperwork with you. We will talk about the concerns you’re coming in with and define your goals. For adolescents, at least 1 parent/legal guardian will need to be present during this appointment.
